Description

The Godwin – Thompson Duo,  “Bello Bilancieto / Beautiful Balance”.
Classical guitar duo works from around the world.  It features the debut of Clarice Assad’s “Valsas do Rio” which was commissioned for the Godwin-Thompson Duo.  The new recording also contains the debut of Byron Fogo’s transcription of Bach’s  “Fantasia and Fugue”  for two guitars.  It includes some rarely recorded works by Torroba and guitarist John Williams’ landmark arrangement of the  “Theme and Varations”  by Johannes Brahms.
