Los Angeles Classical Guitars strives to make shopping online a safe and secure experience.  Our web order form is secured using a Comodo Positive SSL Web Server Certificate.  This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted.  This includes credit card number and expiration date.  The encryption process takes all of the personal information, including credit card number and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.

Shipping

All orders sent UPS or Priority Mail.  Express Freight and 2nd Day Air available at additional cost. Priority rates include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Different rates apply for insured items, other international destinations and all shipping of heavy books. Due to varying item dimensions and weight, shipping charges are calculated and added at the time an order is processed for shipping.

Guitars are shipped UPS or Priority Mail in the U.S. on 48-hour approval basis, with the instrument pre-paid by cashier's check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).  Personal checks must clear before orders are shipped.  Freight and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping based on USPS Priority Mail rates.  Please call for shipping rates not listed in the Shipping rates table, including the rate adjustments for mailing heavy books.

Fees:  California residents are added sales tax.

Product Availability

Despite our best efforts from time to time some items may be back-ordered, temporarily out-of-print, not yet released, or discontinued.  We will inform you by e-mail or on the e-invoice if any products are cancelled or back-ordered.

If a product in your order is no longer available, that product is automatically cancelled, with the remaining products shipped on schedule.  Orders paid for by check or money order will receive check refunds.

Return Policy for Guitars

Los Angeles Classical Guitars (LACG) will gladly send guitars anywhere in the U.S. on a 48 hour approval by UPS or USPS with the merchandise pre-paid by Cashier's Check, Money Order or any major credit card. For international orders, the customer will be contacted by LACG and special arrangements will be made. All freight and insurance charges are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. Availability and prices are subject to change.

Returns: Before any items may be returned, a Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting LACG. Items returned without proper Return Authorization will be refused by LACG. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer until received and inspected by LACG.

15 Day Day Exchange for Guitars

Within 15 days from the date of purchase, LACG will exchange any guitar toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. Providing the instrument is returned in original condition, the full price will be credited.

Merchandise Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us for prompt assistance.  Excluding guitars, books, printed music, and special orders, all unopened items are refundable within 15 days from date of purchase.   Shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Credit card purchases will be refunded by credit card credit. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned products must be in original packing complete with warranty card and owner's manual, and be in original unused condition. All returns must also include the order invoice.  If you are uncertain about an item, write to: sales@lacg.net for more information.  Returned guitars are the responsibility of the buyer until received and inspected by LACG.
